do you think 'Comment Template' and 'Reply Template' is a bit confusing?
Might change to another wording would be great for a newbie user as they do not know the differences between 'Comment Template' and 'Reply Template' usage
Adding a tooltip or summary of function when clicking the Parent Side menu (Comment automation) will show something like this

4 years agoComment Vs Reply should be a fine word to differentiate. As it's clearly differentiate as one is for Auto Comment & Another is for Auto Reply.
However if you think it's confusing, share some of your idea .
