Since you are here, you are probably familiar with XeroChat. XeroChat, the flagship product of Xerone IT, is trending in the market and being more popular day by day. Although XeroChat has dozens of add-ons available to enhance and cover different aspects of digital marketing, they are never enough. We see many of our buyers develop themes, bot templates, flow templates, add-ons and sell them to other buyers through our Facebook community. But there is no proper listing of these useful resources and many new buyers get confused as well as hesitate to buy since they can’t trust them. To appreciate our buyers who develop XeroChat resources and to make feel others comfortable to buy from them, we have developed Xerone IT Market. Here you can add your XeroChat resources (bot templates & flow templates) you developed to sell to others.

How it Works?

Getting started to Xerone IT market is super easy. First thing first, just log in and go to "Become Author" menu. It's just one minute job and then you can upload your first item !

How does Payment Work?

Each author will set up their own PayPal/Stripe payment methods. Xerone IT does not claim any fees from market authors or buyers to sell or buy any Xerone IT market item. Xerone IT has no involvement with any financial transactions made by market authors or buyers, we are just providing a platform for better listing.

Item Exclusivity

Any item submitted to Xerone IT market has to be exclusive, meaning you cannot sell that item outside Xerone IT market.

Item Review

Xerone IT team will review your item codes and features to ensure quality items. Each new item and update must go through the review process. The author must follow development standard and concern about the security of thier items.

Item License

There are two types of licenses : regular and extended (we are only offering regular license for now).

Regular License : Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. If your end product including the item is going to be free to the end user then a Regular License is what you need.

Extended License : Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users can be charged for. An Extended License is required if the end user must pay to use the end product. If the item is an add-on of another item, then you can buy extended license of parent item only and purchase regular license of the add-on.

Item Support

A supported item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date. During those 6 months, authors will be available to provide the item support services we’ve set out on this page. Buyers can extended the support period by buying support extension. Xerone IT will not provide any kind of support for items bought from Xerone IT market. However, as an author, if you face any issue that needs our attention you can open a support ticket to Xerone IT support desk.

Support Scenario

  1.   Valid support period
  2.   Answering questions about how to use the item
  3.   Item updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and to resolve security vulnerabilities
No-support Scenario
  1.   Item customization
  2.   Installation of the item
  3.   Hosting, server environment, or software
  4.   Expiration of support period
  5.   Item deleted and it has valid support claim.
  6.   Resolve any issue originated by 3rd-party API providing organizations unless they resolve it.

Item Refund

As we already stated, Xerone IT is not responsible for any market financial transaction. It's all between market authors and buyers. As a buyer, if you want a refund you must contact the item author.

Refund Scenario

  1.   Item is "not as described"
  2.   Item doesn't work the way it should
  3.   Item has a security vulnerability : If an item contains a security vulnerability and can't easily be fixed we are obligated to refund buyers of the item. If the item can be fixed, then we do so promptly by updating our item. If our item contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then we are obligated to refund buyers of that item.
  4.   Item support is promised but not provided
  5.   Item support extension not used
No-refund Scenario
  1.   Buyer doesn't want it after they've downloaded it.
  2.   The item did not meet the their expectations.
  3.   Buyer is not satisfied with the current feature availability of the product.
  4.   Buyer simply change their mind.
  5.   Buyer bought an item by mistake.
  6.   Buyer do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
  7.   Buyer ask for goodwill.
  8.   Buyer can no longer access the item because it has been removed.
  9.   Problems originated from the API providing organization.
  10.   No refund will be provided after 30 days from the purchase of a item.
