Bot Reply does not work for regular Facebook users

Hi Team,

All permissions have been approved, page_message permissions already approve and switch to Live Mode.

For Facebook users that have been included in my App Roles allow list, the Bot Reply function normally.

But when my App user create their flow chat in messenger, the Bot Reply doesn't reply to their regular Facebook users.

Please help me. Thanks.
